Introducing the best VMS division products by sector.

COMPOUND

Let us introduce our Compound products.

The key of the DN’s VMS products is our rubber compounds.

And we are developing our own rubber recipes and mixing the compounds in-house.
We have developed our own plastic compounds which have equivalent properties and functions
with the plastic materials commercially available in the market.

OUR OFFER

Creating polymer solutions across several markets and a wide range of applications has resulted in the Compound Division’s vast technological heritage of over 6,000 individual formulations.
Below can be seen the range of families into which these compounds can be broadly placed, together with the delivery formats that DN has to offer.

RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

DN VMS supplies compound for many and varied applications, from simple technical rubber articles such as gaskets,
O-rings and extruded tubes to bespoke engineered rubber-to-metal products for the automotive, railway, construction, and pharmaceutical industries.

R & D AND QUALITY

The Technical Compounds Division has many years’ experience in the careful study of materials and their composition.
In close collaboration with universities and specialized laboritories, DN rigorously tests its compounds under extreme conditions
and is constantly developing new production technologies to improve the performance and reliability of its products.

Through the latest technologies, our laboratory ensures the best quality control both on incoming raw materials
and on the finished product. Results and certification are managed according to stringent quality procedures,
which require the recording of rheological, physical, and mechanical characteristics to ensure traceability.
